MyView has been enhanced to allow you to complete a Notification of Sickness Absence form, Return to Work Discussion form and Supporting Attendance at Work form. Please read the guidance for further information.

Please note the former process is still active if you wish to use it.

HR and Organisational Development would like to welcome you to MyView, the Council's integrated Payroll & HR System.

You will be able to;

• View and print your payslip and P60
• View and amend your personal details
• Create travel claims
• Create overtime claims
• Managers can update RTWD Dates
• Managers can run absence reports
• View your employment history
• View your training record

Passwords are required to be set every 99 days therefore you must reset it before this time limit expires otherwise your account will be locked. You will receive an alert 69 days before your password expires. This will show on your MyView Dashboard and you should click the change password link to action.

HR and Organisational Development are pleased to announce that you can now find information on your sickness absence on MyView. This means, that instead of having to contact HR, the following information will be available at your fingertips when you need it:

• Employees will be able to view and check their own absence details
• Managers will be able to view their team's absence overall in the team calendar as well as for individual team members
• Managers will also be able to view employee absence information in three "real time“ reports:
  
  Sickness: 4 or more Occurrences All Posts
  Sickness: 10 or more days All Posts
  Return to Work Discussion (RTWD) Complete/Not complete

This is the next stage in improving our Resourcelink/MyView database, which securely holds all of our employee and payroll information. It means that as employees and managers, you will be able to view up- to- date sickness absence information at a time that is most convenient to you.

It also provides you with an additional check to make sure that your information is up to date and the correct posts are showing in your teams. You can contact the HR Advice Team at any time to check this information and change if approved.
